Help to install Noaa95, SeaStar97 or FengYun99 software on your HD

execute the SETUPxx.EXE file on your hard disk
the self extraction archive will expand all the package files creating \NOAA95
(or \SEAS97 or \FENG99) and relative subdirectory on your drive C:
running NOAA95, SEAS97 or FENG99 the first time, default settings will be assumed and a new .CFG file will be created. Any change must be operated from the Configuration Menu.
