RF section
The DataFeedback remote controls use two transceivers that work in half-duplex occupying only 1 radio channel. The process ensures maximum priority to the control functions of the machine in use with exceptional response times. The data flow is transmitted in the background without affecting the control of the machine being operated.
How does it work?
The RxDIN receiver unit must be connected to the DFMx interface (Data FeedBack Module) that first gathers data directly from the machine being operated or from its “black box” and then processes the data. The prepared information is then shown on the display.

DataFeedback

It is easy to check the current status of the PAIL transmitter, and whether it is receiving the data feedback information correctly, simply by checking the DFMx (Data feedback module) readout, even if it is far from the electric panel.

Each flash of the green LED shows one telegram has been received correctly. The regularity of the flashing indicates the correctness of the return link.

"Not only “weight measurement!"
The graphics have been designed to make the readouts clear and easily intelligible to the operator. The high definition screen (pixel size 0.255 mm) and the 16 levels of brightness make this a high quality display with optimum specifications. There is nothing similar available on other remote controls. To make servicing easier and to reduce the number of spare parts required, customization is entirely contained in the interface and the display modules. The remote control is independent and will continue to work correctly even without the interface module and the display module.
